- There is a three-day waiting period after you’re issues the license before you can get married (unless you’ve completed the Florida pre-marital course)
- Marriage licenses are valid for 60 days after they’re issued
- Blood tests are not required
- Bring a picture ID (driver’s license, state ID card or passport) and your Social Security Number
